Phase 1: About You During this stage, we collect as much information as possible in order to have a clear understanding about your business and your current situation. We'll get into the details so that we can draw a complete picture of where you are now and where you want to be. Phase 2: Your Goals & Ambitions This phase includes discussions on what you want to achieve or change in the risk management system of your Company and how we could help, on the details of our respective roles and on the assignment plan based on a preliminary analysis of the problems. Phase 3: Analysis The third phase is an in-depth analysis of the problem to be solved. The During this phase, we collaborate with your company in order to identify the type of change required, to define in detail the objectives for the assignment, and evaluate your performance, resources, needs and perspectives. |
Phase 4: How to Get There
The fourth phase is to find the solution to your problem. It includes work on one or more alternatives solutions, the evaluation alternatives, the elaboration of a plan for implementation and the presentation of our proposals for your decision.
Phase 5: Implementation
The fifth phase provides a test for the relevance and feasibility of the proposals that we have developed in collaboration with you. Your goals and ambitions are starting to turn into reality.
Phase 6: Review The Plan & Progress Updates
If required, review dates will be set and may be held annually or more frequently if necessary or requested. The purpose of regular monitoring of your project is to allow you to clearly see progress towards reaching your goals and ambitions, and for us to make any adjustments that may be necessary.
